By your participation in the ‘Insuring Your Business Survey 2025’ (‘the Research’) you are eligible to be entered into the Prize Draw offering the chance to WIN £300 in Amazon e-vouchers. Please read the following applicable Prize Draw Rules, which also govern participation in the Research.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
 

You are eligible for the Prize Draw by your participation in the Research only.

Please note that only participant’s submitting a fully completed Research Survey can be entered into the Prize Draw.

The closing date and time for entry into the Prize Draw is 23:59BST on Monday 21st April 2025.

No purchase or payment is required to enter the Prize Draw.

You must be a resident of the UK and 18 years of age or over to be eligible.

Employees of Habit5 Limited (Habit5) their immediate families and persons connected with the Research and Prize Draw will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.

You will only be entered into the Prize Draw once.

Use of a false name or email address in the Research will result in ineligibility for the Prize Draw.
 

PRIZE
 

There will be one prize of £300 in Amazon e-vouchers.

The Prize cannot be modified and is non-transferable.

The Prize Draw selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 

SELECTION OF WINNERS
 

One winner will be selected in the Prize Draw.

Only the winner will be contacted and notified by email, no later than 17:00BST on Wednesday 30th April 2025, or such later date within Habit5’s discretion.

Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these Prize Draw Rules, Habit5 reserves the right to offer the Prize to an alternative entry

Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements, may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

 

 

MISCELLANEOUS RULES
 

This Prize Draw is promoted by Habit5 Limited a trading name of: Habit5 Limited, Unit E29, Enterprise Building, Rope Walk, Lincoln, LN6 7DQ, Company Number 8585333

By participating in the Research, you agree to grant Habit5 a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and world-wide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any non-identifying Research data, and/or to incorporate data in other works, in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your data, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in Habit5’s Privacy Policy.

Habit5 may retain anonymised Research data results indefinitely and may choose to incorporate it on any of its’ websites in the future.  

Habit5 takes privacy very seriously, and we will only use your personal information in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. 

By participating in the Research you acknowledge and agree that you have read and accepted the terms of our Privacy Policy and these Rules.

Habit5 excludes all liability under these Rules, in contract or tort (including negligence) for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses, loss of profits, goodwill, consequential, indirect or special losses, howsoever caused, suffered or incurred in connection with the Research and the Prize Draw.

We reserve the right to vary these Rules at any time. Any variations will be notified to you by email and/or by posting the variations to our website.

These Rules (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and Habit5 concerning your participation in the Research and Prize Draw.

By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
